My dog and I had an excellent experience at the Continental Shoppe! They did a great job dog grooming and my dog was happy to be there! They go above and beyond with care and are very flexible with pick up time to fit my schedule. Will definitely be coming back!

The continental shoppe is the best grooming and boarding shop I’ve used in all my years of owning dogs and cats. Not only do I take my animals there now, but we’ve been going to the shop for every dog we’ve owned since it opened and love all the staff and owners! They do an amazing groom and you also can have piece of mind when you drop your dog off there to be board. Thank you continental shoppe!!

The Continental is a great small business to support! You can tell the people working there love animals and enjoy spending their days with your pets. The dogs have a blast at daycare and I love getting glimpses of them playing on the instagram page during the day. Grateful to have them close by!

My daughter works here. Her second job, absolutely awesome place. Super friendly. Clean, their skill level with the animals is phenomenal. They also board and have a great relationship with their customers and their regular "family" customers which everyone becomes. Bring all your pets and literally just sit back and take a break let the incredible pros take care of your babies while you relax.

Love the continental so much! I'm actually a groomer here and was the kennel manager pre-covid. During my time away because of COVID I learned how to groom and 4 years later have made a full circle and came back, because of my love for the clients and they're sweet fur babies! I can promise you that the receive the best care and I love them as my own!! If you need anything for your dogs/cats give me a call at the shop! I'm there Tuesday through Saturday 7-10am weekdays and 8-10 Saturday, hope to hear from y'all soon!!!

Love Alex the dog groomer. He knows how to give Paidi a great English Setter cut. I think of him as the zen stylist because communicates with Paidi without words.

They care quite a bit about your pet and you can see they do a great job just by the reaction of your pet. Our can't even wait for us to stop the car so he can go inside when he knows we are near the shop. Even if we are not even going there. We have done daycare, grooming and overnight boarding. It is a bit pricey (the price has gone up a bit) but not outrageous

Everyone here has been amazing in the year we spent in West Roxbury. They were always so happy to see our dog Nettie, and treated her like family. The Continental became Nettie’s home away from home, and she loved every single person there and would always jump up in excitement to greet them. We’ll miss you all and thank you for everything. ❤️

Alex was the main guy who groomed my dog and each time he has come back refreshed and looking absolutely wonderful. I think this place is one of the best (if not the best) for taking care of your dog. The entire process I was not worried at all for his well-being as I know my dog would come back happy and extremely energetic. The staff are knowledgeable and scheduling appointments, as well as getting an answer to phone calls is quick and easy. 10/10

When our dog starts looking too scruffy, or begins to shed his winter coat, we bring him here! The groomers are super friendly and so good with him, and they keep a file and they know what you had done last time and check and make sure you want the same thing done,so you get consistent service rather than a wildly different grooming job each time. My dog always comes home clean, happy, and wearing a brand new bandana! We love the Continental and definitely recommend it highly!

The outdoor area is amazing a city oasis for dogs let alone the cafe lights for the dogs to play in the evenings. Who would have known it existed in the city so close. Just picked up our dog from a 5 night stay. They were able to accommodate his stay over a holiday weekend despite short notice, which was a relief. He came back smelling good. His breathe smelled great too which means they followed my instructions to give him his breath chews daily. Will come again when we need to leave our dog. 🐩

I currently work here, as general manager. I can tell everyone with complete and utter honesty that the dogs that board, or do daycare or get groomed are loved and treated as our own. Safety and comfort are our #1 goals and anything less isn't tolerated by myself or the owner. Yes, I understand being employed here seems biased. But I've worked in kennels for years now, big corporate places and small personally owned and The Continental treasures our clients and their doggos/kitties

We've been bring our poodles here for over twenty years. The groomers here do a wonderful job. The place is always clean, welcoming and the staff is always easy to work with. I trust them with our cherished pets and you can too.

They were one of the few places with a cat groomer that was actually available in a decent time frame. Other places were booked for 6 -10 months. Cat groomer was friendly and my kitty looked so fluffy after!

I'll never go anywhere else to get my dog's nails done. Lifted him carefully even though he's 85lbs and gets scared. They were so nice to him that I didn't even cry like I usually do bc I'm insane and love my dogs. And, also, i feel like even if i DID cry they wouldn't have judged me for being insane.

Been taking to dogs here for years. Grooming and day care and boarding. Staff is caring and talented. The 'girls' are always happy to go there!

We have boarded both of our dogs here for years, and recommend it to everyone we know. Those who speak of dogs being covered in "stuff" are flat out incorrect. They love our corgis, and take excellent care of them.

My dogs are always happy and excited to be here. They take great care of my elderly (15yrs) dog and the puppy.
